First Day of School Fun!

Bassette Community Library

We are excited to announce the addition of our new Community Library outside of the school!

Families are invited to “take a book, leave a book” and enjoy sharing the love of reading with our school community all summer long. Students and families are welcome to borrow a book to read at home or donate gently used children’s books for others to enjoy.

We hope this new community space encourages reading, sharing, and connection throughout the year. Be sure to stop by and check it out on your next visit to school!

Bassette Career Fair

Our Bassette Career Fair was an exciting opportunity for students to explore the many possibilities their futures can hold! Community members and professionals from a variety of careers visited to share what they do, how they got there, and why they love their work. Through engaging conversations and hands-on experiences, students learned to connect their interests and talents to real-world careers. The Career Fair inspired curiosity, sparked big dreams, and helped our students see all the paths they can take!

Signature Experience

Selected students in fifth grade, presented their future careers to invited guests, family, and friends. They talked about their career goals, resumes, budgets, and future plans. They did a great job!
